The soaring Gateway Arch is the "dramatic" focal point of the "breathtaking" views at this retreat with "flair" in a "superb" location close to the zoo, Science Center, Forest Park and the city's only Downtown casino; pleased patrons praise the "prompt", "courteous" service, the "attractive" rooms and the "pricey" – but "worth it" – top-floor rotating restaurant, but a cranky contingent claims the staff can be "uncooperative" and the "out-of-date" rooms have "economy-class amenities."

Not a good hotel. Rooms did not have enough outlets and seemed dirty. Very poor layouts of rooms and bathrooms. I would have very mad if I had payed full price for this hotel.

Location is great if going to Busch Stadium.
Do not stay in the South Tower.
I would suggest staying in the North Tower. Refuse if they try and stick you in the South Tower.

I could see Busch stadium from the hotel window.
The bed was just a mattress on a wooden platform.
This is the 3rd time I have stayed at this hotel this year and find it very accommodating.

Had to pay $18 to park in garage that charges $15.
Don't use this hotel they give the cheap rooms out.

The proximity to Busch stadium can't be beaten!
The rooms could be cleaner. Could use some updates.
All in all, we enjoyed our stay, and would probably stay again. The rooms are a little small for families with small children, but for a one-night stay, it's manageable.
